Je nach Wetterlage verbringt der Rum bis zu 45 abenteuerliche Tage im Bauch dieses motorlosen Frachtseglers. Mannschaft und Schiff kä mpfen genauso wie früher mit den Elementen, um diese besondere Fracht trocken und vor allem ganz in der Heimat abzuliefern. Der einzige echte Rum-Runner seit 100 Jahren!
Diese nachhaltige Initiative will sich mit hochwertigen, gealterten und dazu ohne Emmissionen verschifften Spirituosen einen Namen in der internationale Spirit-Szene machen.
Gereift in amerikanischer Eiche im Solera-Verfahren und verfeinert von einem kubanischen Master-Blender.
Die Weiche dieses einzigartigen Tres Hombres Rums überzeugt schon in der Nase. Beim ersten Schluck rollt der Geschmack von Zitrusfrüchten mit Kakaotö nen schon sanft um den Gaumen und ist sehr lang im Abgang. Der Nachklang ist vollmundig und weich mit einer feinen Holznote.

Those bottles in limited edition are hand-labelled and loaded from the crew itself onto the sailing ship Tres Hombres and shipped totally CO2-free over the Atlantic.
Depending on the weather, the bottles spend up to 45 adventurous days in the hold of this engineless cargo sailor. Man and ship fight with the elements as it used to be, to deliver their cargo dry and in one piece to the homeland. The only authentic rum-runner since 100 years!
This sustainable initiative wants to make herself a name in the international rum-scene, with high-quality, specially bottled and emission free shipped Caribbean rum.
Matured in American oak barrels, using the Solera process and the final touch of a Cuban Master Blender.
The smoothness of this unique Tres Hombres Rum already convinces at the nose. The first taste of citrus fruit and cocoa rolls smoothly around the roof of the mouth and stays long in the finish. The aftertaste is fully-bodied and soft, with a fine note of wood.
