This is the third edition of the Angel's Nectar Cairngorms series. It is a Speyside single malt single cask bottling, distilled in the Cairngorms National Park and bottled in partnership with the Cairngorms Trust, which supports environmental and community projects in the national park. The name Angel's Nectar is inspired by the term "Angel's Share," which describes the natural evaporation of whisky during maturation. This rich single malt rested and matured for twelve years in a specially selected single oak cask before being bottled in Speyside by Highfern Ltd. in an exclusive limited edition of only 325 bottles. It presents a beautiful natural light golden color and offers delightful sweet lemon notes on the nose. On the palate, delicate flavors of syrup and honey unfold.
