Dos Cortados

The Dos Cortados Solera Especial 20YO Palo Cortado offers a very compelling and intense aroma. A complex wine, slightly reminiscent of the Fino it previously was. It contains aromas of dried fruit and hazelnut. Dry, with just the right acidity, full-bodied, and very elegant on the palate; a lingering flavor, extremely expressive on the finish. A wine that is not easily forgotten, as it resembles an Amontillado on the nose and an Oloroso on the palate.

The Dos Cortados Solera Especial 30 Years is a fine Palo Cortado made from the Palomino grape variety, sourced from the finest vineyards of Jerez Superior, particularly Pago Balbaína, and aged for decades, developing its remarkable depth and elegance. In the glass, it displays brilliant hues of old gold and warm amber. The nose presents an intense and complex bouquet with delicate hints of hazelnuts and dried fruit, accompanied by ripe aromatics and great expressiveness. On the palate, the Sherry is dry and powerful, yet elegant and superbly structured, with vibrant acidity and a long, full-bodied finish. The combination of an Amontillado-like nose and a rich, Oloroso-esque palate gives it a special stylistic depth. The finish is long, impressive, and lingering.
