Topazio Imperial – the name says it all! It comes from Santa Catarina, a beautiful island in southern Brazil, where cachaça has been produced for over 160 years. Topazio Imperial is a superbly aged cachaça with a powerful presence and an unparalleled bouquet. It matured for 32 years in old, specially selected Ariribá wood barrels sourced from Brazilian forests, using the Solera method. An excellent, extra-long-aged cachaça that will delight connoisseurs of spirits with a rich bouquet and complex aromas. The base for Topazio Imperial is the finest ripe Canafit sugarcane, followed by controlled fermentation and then gentle and careful distillation. The long maturation period in Ariribá wood barrels did the rest, ultimately developing its perfect flavor profile. This exceptional cachaça reveals a magnificent bouquet with complex aromas of Brazilian wood, dew, and spices.
