Pierre de Segonzac Cognac Extra is a unique blend of premium cognacs, aged for an average of 50 years. It boasts a beautiful, warm mahogany color and offers a rich and complex, yet balanced, nose with aromas of plums and candied fruits, vanilla, and cigar boxes, which fully unfold upon aeration. On the palate, warm and slightly oily notes unfold, along with complex wood and earth tones, and aromas of rancio, licorice, candied fruit, and delicate violets. Its finish is exceptionally long.

Pierre de Segonzac Cognac XO Private Collection Grande Champagne Symphony offers a true symphony of aromas, a masterpiece that grandly celebrates the centuries-old tradition of cognac making and reflects the essence of exquisite craftsmanship. Produced in the heart of the Grande Champagne 1st Cru, the most prestigious terroir, its hills shaped by the Charente River provide perfect soil conditions for vines. This exquisite cognac is a harmonious blend of three different batches from 1976, 1979, and 1982. The blend was gently distilled, then aged in select Limousin oak barrels before being bottled in May 2024 without chill filtration in a strictly limited edition of only 328 numbered bottles. This XO Sélection des Anges is named after the vapors of "Angel's Share" that escape from the cask during the aging process. This XO cognac therefore boasts a beautiful dark mahogany color and impresses with the typical aromas of a mature, elegant cognac from the Grand Champagne region. The nose detects fragrant notes of toasted brioche, candied fruit, and cinnamon. Rich, round, and complex, the Cognac XO Sélection des Anges reveals itself on the palate with intense notes of candied fruit (fig, apricot, quince), spices, and floral notes.
