Distillerie Mariana was founded in 2014 in Trois-Rivères, Quebec, Canada, by passionate advocates for the botany and terroir of Quebec. Inspired by the surrounding nature and far from the beaten track, this passion led to the name Mariana, a reference to the black spruce, an emblem of the boreal forest. To harness the region's resources and bounty, the distillery initially created a dry gin, followed by other spirits and liqueurs.
