Le Bon Tikka is a special variant of Tënu Gin Forest Blend, combining artisanal distillation with Nordic creativity. Based on molasses, select botanicals such as juniper berries, blueberries, wild Arctic rose petals, fennel seeds, and lemon peel are macerated. Distillation takes place in a small 150-liter pot still before the gin matures for several months in new, medium-toasted 200-liter American oak barrels. This barrel aging imparts Le Bon Tikka with its warm, complex aromas and distinctive style. The strictly limited edition comprises only 1,800 bottles. On the nose and palate, seductive nuances of oak, juniper, and ripe blueberries unfold harmoniously. With its warm, rounded notes, Le Bon Tikka is excellent enjoyed neat or on the rocks. Even classic cocktails traditionally made with whiskey, such as the Old Fashioned or Manhattan, can be given an exciting and stylish twist with this gin. The striking label design is by artist and illustrator Klaus Haapaniemi, while the gin itself was created by top chef Antto Melasniemi. Together they founded the Tënu project and created Le Bon Tikka, an exceptional and distinctive bottling.
