The traditional, fruity English Sloe Gin from the Wessex Distillery in England is made from a large quantity of sloe berries, harvested locally, which are then steeped in natural sugar, creating a delightful blend of berries and juice. This mixture is then blended with classic Wessex Gin and macerated for seven months, carefully monitored by Wessex Distillery staff.
