Pierre Ferrand founded the Pierre de Segonzac Cognac label in the idyllic town of Segonzac, thus creating the perfect connection to his name. The vineyards are located in the heart of France's Grande Champagne region, offering ideal conditions for producing exclusive Cognacs. This premium Cognac is made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes. Distillation took place in traditional copper pot stills with capacities of 18 and 25 hectoliters, followed by aging in select Limousin oak barrels. It shines with a clear amber color. The nose is greeted by fresh notes of mandarin and vanilla. On the palate, it is powerful with complex aromas of citrus fruits, underpinned by subtle floral notes and hints of oak and almond. The finish is smooth and pleasantly long. Premium Cognac is perfect as an ingredient in cocktails or long drinks, as it preserves the exquisite cognac flavor without overpowering the mix.
