The Bayer & Bayer company, located on Lake Constance in the small village of Witzigmänn, just outside Lindau, has been operating its exquisite organic distillery since 1931, now in its fifth generation. On more than ten hectares of fields and orchards, fruit is cultivated and, with great care and skill, transformed into fine fruit brandies in the on-site distillery. Particular emphasis is placed on cultivating old, rare fruit varieties native to the Lake Constance region on natural meadows. This hand-distilled blend of old and new apple and pear varieties contains up to 50 different types of fruit, giving this distillate its exceptionally delightful fruit aromas. A premium brandy for connoisseurs who wish to fully savor the pure and unadulterated taste of rare pears and apples.
