Another rarity from Bristol Spirits Ltd., the world-renowned independent bottler of the finest rums. Distilled in 2011 in a pot still at the Clarendon Estate in Jamaica, this rum matured for eight years in select oak casks on-site in the tropical climate before being transferred to Bristol Spirits in England in 2019. Only a few casks were then chosen to mature further in Bristol Spirits' vaulted cellars in the continental climate until its limited release in 2022. Bristol Clarendon Estate Jamaica 2011/2022 Rum displays a beautiful, warm, medium-gold hue. The nose is wonderfully fruity, with dominant notes of wood. On the palate, this delicious rum reveals itself similarly, leading into a pleasantly long finish, where the hints of fruit become more pronounced. Best enjoyed on the rocks or in your favorite cocktail!
