The independent, traditional English bottler Bristol Spirits sourced this exceptional Bristol Column Still Fiji 2010/2022 Rum for its premium Bristol Classic Rum series from the Fiji Islands. They selected a unique, golden-hued rum from a distillery with a long and complex history. The finest molasses, derived from locally grown sugarcane, forms the basis of this delicious rum, which was distilled using the column still method in 2010. It then matured locally in oak casks until 2017, when it began its journey to Bristol Spirits in England. There, it aged for a further five years in Bristol Spirits' cellars until its limited release in 2022. On the nose and palate, it unfolds a fragrant flavor profile with rich aromas of fruit and wood, culminating in a long and very pleasant finish. Ideal for mixing or enjoying on the rocks!
