The Bristol Enmore Guyana 30YO 1988/2018 Sherry Finish was distilled in 1988 in Guyana in an old wooden still at the Enmore Distillery. It matured for 20 long years in ex-bourbon casks at Demerara Distillers, followed by another 10 years in Spanish sherry casks, where it received its exceptional finish. In 2018, this outstanding rum was bottled by the independent bottler Bristol. Its long maturation gives it a beautiful dark color and immediately captivates the nose with its complex aromas. It exudes wonderful fragrances of spices and licorice. Delightful notes of wax and wood tantalize the senses. On the palate, delicious notes of Asian spices emerge, along with hints of dried fruit, caramel, and nougat.
