There, it was produced in a unique still, a double wooden pot still, which owes its name to the distillery from which this old still originally came: Port Morant. The exceptional rum matured for 10 long years before being bottled in Bristol, UK. This extended maturation gives it a beautiful, dark color and reveals itself as incredibly complex and harmonious. Expressive notes of exotic fruits, hints of vanilla, and subtle flavors of wood and exquisite spices give way to toffee and dried fruits.
