The world-renowned independent rum bottler Bristol Spirits has always been committed to bringing the finest premium rums with character and uniqueness to the market. In this case, such a treasure was discovered in Panama. Molasses, derived from the best local sugarcane, forms the basis of this rum. Distillation in a column still took place in 2010. The rum then matured for nine years in ex-American oak barrels on-site in Panama before being transferred to Bristol Spirits in England in 2019 to reach its final maturity. There, this exclusive Bristol Reserve Rum of Panama 2010/2022 rested for a further three years in the cool, humid Bristol Spirits cellars, with constant temperatures and humidity, until its bottling without additives in 2022. It shines with a medium-gold hue and captivates the nose with beautiful notes of fruit and wood. On the palate, it is medium-long; Both fruit and wood aromas are well integrated, leading to a balanced finish with a hint of sweetness.
