Slow fermentation at low temperatures and a focus on the heart of the distillation process—without heads and tails—ensure maximum purity, an intense texture, and exceptional creaminess. The tequila then matures for over two years and receives a special finish in cognac casks, resulting in a remarkably elegant and complex style. The nose reveals aromas of white peach, orange blossom, vanilla, and delicate toasty notes, accompanied by warm spice and subtle wood nuances.
