Crystal clear and presented in an elegant bottle, this Chalong Bay High Proof Rum is made from pure Thai sugarcane juice. Only high-quality sugarcane plants are used, cultivated by small-scale farmers in the region without chemical fertilizers or pesticides and harvested by hand. Immediately after harvesting, the sugarcane is pressed to obtain 100% pure sugarcane juice, which is then gently fermented to optimally intensify the natural aromas. A special feature of this rum is the traditional French distillation in an imported copper still from the Armagnac region, followed by an eight-month resting period. On the palate, it reveals an expressive yet harmonious flavor profile with smooth, intense notes of caramel, chocolate, and vanilla, as well as fruity nuances of passion fruit, lime, and lychee. A premium rum of 100% organic quality, it impresses with its clarity, depth, and aromatic complexity.
