Coruba White Overproof Rum is produced from carefully selected sugarcane molasses by Wray & Nephew, based in Kingston, Jamaica. The Coruba brand was specifically developed for the European market. This clear Jamaican rum is gently distilled using a combination of pot still and column still methods and then aged in oak barrels under Jamaica's tropical climate, which imparts depth, structure, and aromatic complexity. The result is a typical Jamaican rum with a powerful character that, despite its intensity, exhibits remarkable balance and pleasant smoothness. On the nose, intense fruity and sweet aromas unfold, with notes of fresh sugarcane, ripe tropical fruits, and a subtle hint of vanilla.
