Dolin Coeur de Genepi Liqueur 0.5L
Dolin Coeur de Genepi Liqueur 0.5L
In 1821, Joseph Chavasse founded the Dolin Distillery after discovering the perfect recipe for a delicious vermouth at the age of 25, following numerous experiments. He drew inspiration from the wild beauty of the Savoy mountains, using subtle blends of various alpine herbs to create high-quality spirits with rich and powerful notes of camphor, spices, and mountain flowers. In 1930, the distillery and company headquarters relocated to Chambéry. The company adopted the name Dolin in 1843 when Louis-Ferdinand Dolin married Marie Rosalie Chavasse, the founder's daughter. The base for this Dolin Coeur de Génépi Liqueur is a spirit triple-distilled in pot stills. Alpine mountain flowers and other secret herbs are then added and macerated to this spirit. The result is a highly aromatic and concentrated herbal liqueur that delights the nose and palate with beautiful herbal and floral notes, subtle sweetness, and freshness. Dolin Coeur de Génépi Liqueur is ideal as an aperitif, a smooth digestif, or enjoyed neat with ice.

The original Dolin distillery was founded in 1821 in the heart of the French Savoy region and is credited with inventing Chambéry vermouth. Now, we have added this exquisite Dolin Bitter de Chambéry, made from mountain herbs, aromatic botanicals, fruits, and wine. Dolin Suedois 0.5L
Dolin Suedois 0.5L
Joseph Chavasse founded Maison Dolin in Chambéry, in the French Savoy region, in 1821, initially producing Vermouth de Chambéry. Since its inception, the company has consistently drawn inspiration from the Alpine mountains, utilizing the bounty of nature to develop original new recipes, which remain secrets to this day. In the 18th century, the Suédois Elixir enabled the Swedish physician Claus Samst to heal the poor, vagrants, and laborers, making their harsh lives more bearable. After extensive research, he compiled a manuscript describing 46 ailments that could be cured with this elixir. To ensure that the elixir's recipe, which has remained unchanged, was not forgotten, Maison Dolin decided to market it under the name "Dolin Suédois" in memory of the renowned physician. Myrrh, aloe, gentian, rhubarb, orange, and mushrooms make this Dolin Suédois an excellent digestif after a good meal. It also makes a fine aperitif, delighting the taste buds. Just a few drops in your cocktails will add original notes rarely found elsewhere!

Dolin Genepy le Chamois Liqueur 0.7L
This Dolin Génépy le Chamois liqueur is a legendary, intense, and highly flavorful herbal liqueur found only in the French Alps and dating back hundreds of years. Le Chamois is Dolin's oldest, closely guarded Génépy recipe, originating in 1821 when Joseph Chavasse founded what is now Maison Dolin. This distillery, which has been operating using traditional methods for 200 years, remains a successful family business. The Savoyard company in Chambéry is part of a long tradition of creating the finest aromatic liqueurs from inimitable raw materials: Alpine plants. Although a variety of Alpine herbs are used, the most well-known is a delicate and rare Artemisia variety, found primarily in the high mountains of Savoy. Dolin is one of the few remaining producers who still rely on local herbs, gathered in the summer and carefully distilled in a venerable old copper pot still. The gentle sweetness and intoxicating herbal character of this liqueur feature wonderfully pronounced notes of chamomile, sage, and mint. Enjoy it on the rocks or with a good tonic water.

Dolin Genepi Liqueur 1821 Brin 0.7L
Dolin Genepi Liqueur 1821 Brin 0.7L
For 200 years, the secret recipe for the unique Dolin Genepi Liqueur 1821 Brin has been closely guarded. All that is known is that the main ingredient of this herbal liqueur from the Dolin distillery in the beautiful French Alpine town of Chambéry is Artemisia genipi, or spiked wormwood, a herbaceous plant found primarily at high altitudes in the Alps. A whole sprig of Artemisia genipi is added to each bottle of Dolin Genepi Liqueur 1821 Brin. Along with many other herbs, the wormwood is macerated for several weeks and then distilled in an alembic still. This gives it its characteristic pale green color with golden highlights. The special production process and the closely guarded blend of the finest botanicals result in an absolutely unique aroma and flavor profile. It is powerful and intense, with herbaceous notes of Artemisia and a floral touch with hints of violet. Dolin Genepi Liqueur 1821 Brin is simply delicious, whether well chilled neat or on ice, and goes perfectly with vanilla, peppermint or chocolate ice cream.
