This El Dorado bottling from Demerara Distillers in Guyana matured for at least eight years in select oak barrels and boasts a beautiful golden amber color. The nose and palate are greeted with aromas of vanilla and fruit, along with robust spice notes. The finish is spicy with a subtle sweetness and of medium length. This El Dorado 8-Year-Old Rum is excellent for mixing, but also shines when enjoyed neat.
