El Dorado Rum Blended in the Barrel 2008/2019 Uitvlugt Enmore Limited Ed. matures for 11 years in ex-bourbon barrels in Guyana before being filtered at room temperature to preserve its aromas. Bottled in 2019, this excellent rum presents itself in a deep golden amber color. On the nose, aromas of honey, ripe fruit, spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, dark chocolate, and licorice can be detected. The elegant bitter note of the wood, along with the sweetness of molasses, honey, and caramel, create a very well-balanced experience.
