Based on a high-quality wheat distillate, the individual botanicals are distilled separately using an advanced form of the column still method. This results in an exceptionally pure gin whose intense flavor and pronounced aroma remain consistent from batch to batch. The crystal-clear Elg No. 1 is clearly dominated by juniper. The Danish carrots provide a pleasantly smooth mouthfeel and round off the slightly tangy bitterness of the juniper with a delicate, natural sweetness. The coriander complements the flavor profile with a subtle, refined citrus note and lends the gin additional freshness.
