Based on a high-quality wheat distillate, the botanicals are distilled separately using an advanced form of the column still method. The crystal-clear Elg No. 1 is clearly dominated by juniper. The Danish carrots provide a pleasantly smooth mouthfeel and round off the slightly tangy bitterness of the juniper with a delicate, natural sweetness. The coriander contributes a subtle, refined citrus note and lends the gin additional freshness. Thanks to its high quality and the high content of essential oils, Elg No. 1 exhibits a remarkable character. 1.
