The "Five Ways" liqueur is their tribute to the town's iconic signpost, pointing in five directions – a symbol of exploration, tradition, and the joy of good food and drink. Produced in small batches, the liqueur is based on a finely balanced Scotch whisky, infused with fresh orange peel, Scottish heather honey, spicy ginger, and a carefully selected blend of spices. The ingredients are slowly macerated to achieve an intense, natural aroma. On the nose, citrus freshness, honeyed sweetness, and gentle spice mingle. On the palate, an elegant composition of orange, ginger, delicate herbs, and the gentle warmth of the whisky unfolds. The finish is smooth, long-lasting, and pleasantly warming. It tastes particularly good on ice or as a Highland Highball with ginger beer and a fresh orange zest.
