Hernö Gin is a well-rounded, smooth London Dry Gin with a juniper character, fresh citrus notes, and floral complexity; delicious when enjoyed neat. All Hernö Gins are "one-shot gins," meaning they are only diluted with water from their own wells and are not chill-filtered. Just eight botanicals, carefully selected from around the world, are used to create the award-winning Hernö Gin. These are all natural ingredients, such as juniper berries from Hungary, coriander seeds from Bulgaria, hand-peeled lemons, lingonberries from Sweden, meadowsweet from the UK, black pepper from India, cassia from Indonesia, and fresh vanilla from Madagascar. The nose offers juniper and lush berries. The palate is complex and floral, with rich berries, creamy vanilla, and the usual suspects like lemon, juniper, and coriander also coming through nicely. From the initial aroma to the finish, this gin offers very light and also lush floral notes that give it a unique character.
