The independent Jensen's Distillery is located in the historic Bermondsey district, on the banks of the River Thames and in the shadow of London's Tower Bridge and The Shard. Christian Jensen, a Londoner born in Denmark, set out in 2004 to create a gin that captured the true spirit of Bermondsey and embodied the area's rich heritage.
