Journeyman Bilberry Black Hearts Gin White is an American-style gin produced by the Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks. It is made using only nine carefully selected botanicals, with a base distillate of locally sourced wheat. The nose is slightly sweet with notes of anise, cookies, and dark berries. On the palate, the Journeyman Bilberry Black Hearts Gin White is somewhat dry, pleasantly fruity, and spicy. Its finish is medium-long and pleasantly warm.
