Kaniché rums are produced in Barbados, one of the most iconic islands in the Caribbean. The Barbadian style is very distinctive; the rums are round, smooth, and powerful, thanks to a unique double aging process. Kaniché XO Double Wood is initially aged in bourbon barrels in Barbados before being shipped to Cognac, France, for further months of maturation in cognac casks. This process aims to guarantee optimal refinement. This rum offers a wealth of exotic notes of sugarcane, oak, vanilla, coconut, and cocoa. It develops an exceptionally smooth and harmonious character on the palate.
