La Mentheuse Crème de Menthe is the result of a shared vision by Lionel and Dominique Albano and Frédéric Bion, three friends from France who, after intensive research, collaborated with the specialized wine spirit distillery Grap'Sud near Uzès to develop a modern, authentic mint cream liqueur. Their goal was a cream liqueur without colorings or additives, with reduced sugar and a light alcohol base, to clearly and unadulteratedly highlight the natural aromas. Thus, in April 2018, La Mentheuse was born: a mint cream liqueur that reflects the aromatic power of peppermint in its purest form. La Mentheuse is transparent in color with slightly milky reflections. The nose is immediately dominated by an intense, natural freshness that continues on the palate. The texture is soft and smooth, the taste not too sweet, but expressive and clear, with a long, pleasantly cool menthol finish. La Mentheuse is equally delicious neat on ice, with tonic water, or sparkling water, and is an excellent refreshing digestif. A modern French classic that elegantly combines tradition, craftsmanship, and contemporary enjoyment.
