La Pulpeuse Crème de Citron is the result of a joint idea by Lionel and Dominique Albano and Frédéric Bion, who, after extensive development, together with the specialized Grap'Sud distillery near Uzès, created a modern lemon crème without any artificial colors or additives. The goal was a light, fresh liqueur with reduced sugar content, where the natural aromas clearly take center stage. Made with wine alcohol and distillates of lemon and yuzu, La Pulpeuse impresses with its transparent color and slightly frosted reflections. On the nose, it is fresh, vibrant, and citrusy; on the palate, it is soft, smooth, and elegant with a fine acidity, notes of lemon zest, mandarin, and yuzu, and a balanced, non-overpowering sweetness. The finish is refreshing, clean, and crisp. La Pulpeuse is excellent served neat on ice, with tonic or soda water, as well as a base for light, modern cocktails and spritz variations, and embodies a contemporary French aperitif style from the South of France.
