To create a product worthy of this anniversary, they traveled to Meursault in Burgundy, France, to acquire a Premier Cru cask-aged Blanche de Léon from the exceptional Roulot winery. The Larusée Blanche de Léon matured for 28 months in oak barrels that previously held Chardonnay. The result is unique! This superb absinthe presents itself in a beautiful golden hue and reveals a rich and complex nose with notes of panettone and vanilla. A restrained yet intense attack, almost mineral on the palate. Its power unfolds gradually; Beautiful persistence with notes of raisins and pralines. The dedicated Larusée family is confident that with this limited edition of 552 bottles, they have brought one of the best absinthes to the market.
