This Pastis Larusée is an explosion of carefully measured flavors, developed and produced by the Larusée distillery in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, near the historical cradle of its mother, absinthe. This "little yellow wonder," always closely linked to absinthe and highly recommended as an aperitif, is gently distilled and macerated using entirely artisanal methods. A Pastis full of finesse and rare elegance, with aromas of plants that one could almost distinguish individually, it offers the connoisseur a wonderfully aniseed drink with a light lemony freshness. The color of Pastis Larusée is straw yellow with beautiful reflections. On the nose, delightful aromas of cinnamon, anise, cloves, and grapefruit are followed by spices that add depth and complexity. Similar perceptions on the palate: pleasantly fruity and spicy, with lingering flavors of anise, herbs, and licorice that develop in a contrasting and complex way. Larusée Le Pastis received the GOLD award at the Paris International Spirits Trophy in 2019 and also GOLD at the Spirits Selection par le Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2020.
