Product information "Louis Couderc Gentiane Sans Alcool 1.0L"
Founded in 1908, the Couderc Distillery is now in its third generation of producing high-quality creams, liqueurs, and brandies, all regional specialties from the Auvergne. This particular product is a golden-hued beverage made from the maceration water of wild gentian root. Freshly harvested, long gentian roots, which thrive in the region's volcanic soils, are cut, crushed, and macerated for several months without the addition of alcohol. Couderc Gentiane Sans Alcool is a very natural and traditional gentian spirit that shines like a yellow flower in the glass and has a slightly floral and sweet taste. Gentian is also said to possess therapeutic properties.
