Manguin Distillery, located in the beautiful city of Avignon in the south of France, specializes in the exquisite olive varieties cultivated in Haute-Provence. Oli'Vodka is particularly distinguished by three different olive varieties. The resulting spirit, in addition to the olives, is infused with typical provincial plants and herbs, which are gently macerated and then distilled in a Charentais copper still. A delicious olive-based vodka that delights the nose with beautiful aromas and fresh notes of juniper, rosemary, and olives, accompanied by memories of the bittersweet scents of a summer morning. On the palate, it is refined and smooth, with delicate juniper and olive notes, as well as subtle fruity and floral hints. Perfect enjoyed neat with ice or in creative cocktails.
