Manguin Pastis Olive 0.7L

Product information "Manguin Pastis Olive 0.7L"

Emmanuel and Béatrice Hanquiez have been the new owners of Maison Manguin since 2011. Originally founded in the 1940s by Claude Manguin, he planted and cultivated several dozen hectares of pear and peach trees. Gradually, in 1957, the business evolved into a distillery located on the Île de la Barthelasse near Avignon in the French Provence. Today, Maison Manguin owns dozens of hectares of various fruit and olive trees, which, thanks to the fertile mix of sandy and silty soils and the Mistral wind, produce top-quality fruit that is then transformed into excellent spirits of great authenticity and finesse. This expertly crafted Manguin Pastis features a subtle blend of typical Provençal spices and botanicals, such as cardamom, coriander, vanilla, cinnamon, and thyme, complemented by hints of green apple and fresh lemon zest. A refined, full-bodied, aromatic pastis, beautifully harmonious and smooth, which is classically served to the connoisseur with ice-cold water in a ratio of five parts water to one part pastis.
