Crimson Gin is infused with a natural macerate of Brazilian red pineapple, grown in the Atlantic Rainforest along Brazil's east coast. This is a typical pineapple, very sweet with a hint of wild strawberry. An old recipe inspired the creation of this special gin with its dominant juniper flavor. Fifteen secret herbs and spices were distilled, including rare ingredients and botanicals such as a mountain plant with flavors similar to blackcurrants, Silesian wormwood, which contributes a sharp floral note, and local spring water. Fresh apples, citrus fruits, and various vegetables were used in the initial maceration, further enhancing the purity and smoothness of this gin on the finish. The result is a classic gin, subtly sweet and fruity on the nose and palate, with wonderfully intense pineapple notes and dominant juniper tones. Bottled in May 2022 in a limited edition of 2,450 bottles.
