Product information "MRDC Cody Road Rye Whiskey 0.5L"
MRDC Cody Road Rye Whiskey is a handcrafted rye whiskey from the Mississippi River Distilling Company in the USA, committed to regional origin and traditional production methods. Inspired by the story of William "Buffalo Bill" Cody, this whiskey reflects the pioneering spirit and authenticity of its heritage. Only locally grown rye is used in its production, giving the whiskey a particularly pure and original character. The careful distillation process focuses on the natural qualities of the rye, impressively showcasing its aromatic diversity. The nose reveals spicy rye notes accompanied by delicate fruity hints, surprisingly vibrant for a rye whiskey. On the palate, Cody Road Rye Whiskey is well-balanced, with a pleasant sweetness, fruity nuances, and the typical warm rye spice. The finish is long, spicy, and slightly dry, with a harmonious balance between fruit and spice. A characterful rye whiskey that is equally convincing neat and as an ideal base for classic cocktails from the pre-Prohibition era.
