Inspired to create a gin like no other, Nolet's Dry Gin The Reserve was born as the personal creation of Carolus Nolet Sr., tenth-generation distillery owner. A fixed number of bottles are individually numbered by hand each year. Every batch of Nolet's Reserve Dry Gin is distilled in small copper pot stills using a recipe perfected over four generations by Carolus Nolet Sr., employing select botanicals. The precious botanicals, including saffron and verbena, are distilled separately to achieve the highest concentration and purity of their natural aromas. The gin base and botanical extracts are then blended and left to rest for the perfect balance of flavors. To ensure the highest quality standards, each bottle of Nolet's Dry Gin The Reserve is personally inspected and approved by Carolus Nolet Sr. Nolet's Dry Gin The Reserve is complex, unsurpassed in flavor, and boasts a long, dry finish.
