Père Labat Rhum Blanc 50 is an exceptional white Rhum Agricole, produced according to time-honored traditions on the beautiful island of Marie-Galante in the archipelago of Guadeloupe. As early as the 17th century, the French Dominican missionary Jean-Baptiste Labat, better known as Père Labat, developed an improved distillation standard for artisanal rum production in the Caribbean. The Domaine Poisson distillery has remained true to this historical method to this day, thus preserving the authentic character of the Rhum Agricole. On the palate, the Rhum Blanc is remarkably pleasant, smooth, and yet expressive. Spicy nuances blend harmoniously with fresh notes of sugarcane and delicate floral tones, lending the distillate elegance and freshness.
