It undergoes double distillation in a Creole column still, one of the oldest stills in the Caribbean, and is a testament to the distiller's great skill. This powerful Rhum Blanc presents itself as a characterful overproof style with pronounced intensity. Fresh, fruity, and herbal notes unfold on the nose, while on the palate it is surprisingly smooth, rounded, and slightly sweet.
