The fresh sugarcane used to make Père Labat Rhum Élevé Sous Bois Réserve Familiale is harvested by hand with the utmost care and then distilled in copper column stills. It presents itself in the bottle with a wonderful golden to amber hue and entices the nose with its broad and mellow aroma.
