Père Labat Rhum Hors d'Âge Millésime 2004 Single Cask is the result of an exceptionally long aging process of 13 years. This extended maturation, combined with the cellar master's expertise, has imbued it with a powerful and remarkably rich aromatic essence. The nose reveals wonderful aromas of dried fruit and honey. On the palate, initial sharp and spicy notes, along with dried fruit, give way to surprising hints of sweet cinnamon and honey. The finish is long and full-bodied, with a touch of pepper.
