Perfecto Mezcal represents traditional craftsmanship from Oaxaca, uniting the centuries-old culture of mezcal with uncompromising quality. Perfecto Mezcal Espadin uses only fully ripened Espadín agave from the Santa Ana region, processed according to traditional artisanal methods. The agave hearts are slowly cooked over firewood in underground ovens, then crushed with a horse-drawn tahona stone and naturally fermented in large wooden vats. Double distillation takes place gently in copper pot stills, giving the mezcal its clear structure and authentic depth. This elaborate production process results in a characterful mezcal with intense expression and a traditional profile. On the nose, smoky agave notes are accompanied by earthy nuances and subtle spice. On the palate, this mezcal is powerful yet balanced, with aromas of roasted agave, subtle herbal notes, and a pleasant minerality.
