Product information "Podole Wielkie Vodka Potato 0.7L"
Vodka production has a centuries-old tradition in Poland. The Podole Wielkie distillery was founded in 2019 by the Paszota family. By acquiring a 500-year-old farmhouse and a former distillery with over 150 years of history, which the family painstakingly renovated, they were able to produce high-quality vodkas and spirits. It all begins in the fields, where potatoes are cultivated with great care. The harvested potatoes are fermented and then slowly and gently distilled in a copper column still. The final product has a simple composition – just distillate and water. Podole Wielkie believes that the magic of flavor lies in simplicity, and that the true essence is always extracted from the harvested raw ingredients. Podole Wielkie spirits contain no additives and are unfiltered. This Podole Wielkie Vodka Potato is a delicious blend of herbal and potato flavor impressions that develop on the palate, releasing notes of fresh cucumber and citrus fruits that eventually transform into a fascinating herbal and horseradish finish.
