Production is based on a specially selected yeast culture, whose two-year fermentation in stainless steel tanks imparts the rum's unique character – a complex process, regularly stirred, otherwise reserved for mature rums. This results in a rum with a multifaceted aroma and a velvety texture. The nose reveals distinct fruit notes, while the palate offers hints of sugarcane, orange, tart apple, and delicate pastry.
