Experience has shown that this particular pear variety provides the perfect foundation for an exceptionally clear and balanced distillate. The spicy and expressive fruit lends the vodka a refined pear character with noticeable body and subtle floral nuances. The pear mash is distilled at a very high distillate and then blended with a neutral grain base spirit to perfect its structure and balance. Only a light filtration takes place before bottling to fully preserve its flavor and texture. The result is a clean yet full-bodied vodka that is an excellent star ingredient in a Vodka Martini, Vodka Tonic, or other classic long drinks.
