The more they explored the intricacies of this delightful category, the more they realized that they would need to produce at least three gins to truly express their affection for this spirit. Each of the three gins—Botanivore Gin, Terroir Gin, and Dry Rye Gin—helps define the dynamic range of gin and what gin can be. A common thread runs through them all, particularly St. George Distillery's passion for both the art and the craft of distillation. Each of these three gins was produced in small batches using copper pot stills and finished with vapor infusion of juniper berries and other select botanicals through a Carter-Head still, ensuring that all the ingredients are expressed in the most elegant way.
