The line "Two drifters off to see the world" from the song in the film "Breakfast at Tiffany's" gave its name to the Two Drifters Distillery in Devon, England. Russ and Emma Wakeham met and fell in love at a rum tasting, and at Emma's request, this very song accompanied their wedding ceremony. Together, they traveled to numerous countries to deepen their knowledge of rum before deciding to return to their native England and establish a modern, innovative distillery focused on environmental awareness and sustainability. Thus, the Two Drifters Distillery was born: a fully electric distillery powered exclusively by renewable energy. Sustainable solutions are also used in the equipment and packaging: the lightweight glass bottle is manufactured in Great Britain, the label is made primarily from recycled sugarcane fiber material with a touch of hemp, the cap is made of natural cork, the seal is fully compostable, and the packaging is particularly resource-efficient. This lightly spiced rum is distilled exclusively in a pot still and presents itself as soft and warming on the nose and palate with harmonious aromatic notes of vanilla, chai tea, toffee apple and a delicate hint of clove.
