The distillery operates entirely electrically and is powered by 100% renewable energy. This concept is complemented by the use of electric vehicles, resource-efficient packaging, sustainable courier services, and an environmentally conscious digital infrastructure. These measures significantly reduce the distillery's ecological footprint compared to many others. This Two Drifters Signature Rum is distilled in a pot still and gets its warm amber color from the addition of burnt sugar. On the nose and palate, it is full-bodied and smooth with intense aromas of syrup, toffee, ginger, and muscovado sugar. Ideally suited for classic cocktails such as the Old Cuban or El Presidente, as well as for enjoying on the rocks.
