This series includes the outstanding Williams Colección Añadas Oloroso En Rama 2003, which impresses with its exceptional quality, depth, and complexity. Due to its oxidative maturation, this En Rama sherry reveals intense sweet, spicy, and oaky aromas. It displays a beautiful amber color. On the nose, it impresses with pronounced notes of dried fruit, vanilla, nuts, leather, and subtle hints of fine wood. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with a velvety, smooth texture, strong oxidative notes, and aromas of nuts, green pepper, and wood. The finish is long, dry, and very elegant. A true rarity for connoisseurs of classic, mature sherries.
